not allowed to sit on park benches or keep a canary; they were not
allowed in restaurants, in movie theatres or at concerts, special
rational laws were valid for them; they were deprived of all civil
rights, their freedom of movement was taken away, their human rights
and their human dignity were trampled into the dust until they were
deported to concentration camps and went into the gas chambers."
